Storm Repair Authorization - December 31 Deadline

As a reminder to all Feather Cove Homeowners, the deadline for completing the Pinellas County Storm Repair Authorization forms is December 31. If your home was damaged and if you did not get proper county permits prior to reconstruction, you will most likely need the Storm Repair Authorization form completed by the HOA. According to the County, fines will be imposed on properties who do not submit the Authorization forms prior to the deadline.
