Feather Cove Power Washing to begin Tuesday, April 14

We are pleased to announce that neighborhood Power Washing for Feather Cove will begin Tuesday, April 14 and should be completed by the end of that week.   Affordable Work Orders will once again be providing the service for us.   They will be cleaning all driveways, walk ways next to your garage and all neighborhood sidewalks.

In addition, AWO will again be cleaning courtyards for a separate charge of $25 paid by the homeowner.   Some homes, especially end units may have green mold staining on the sides of the building and AWO will also clean those areas for $25-50 depending on the size of the area.

We will of course be asking homeowners to move their vehicles and provide access to outside water outlets.  AWO will switch their hoses for every unit as they proceed.   Additional details will be sent out the week before the power washing begins.  Fortunately no construction projects or repaving this year so we look forward to getting our drives ways and sidewalks cleaned again.
