Electronic voting waiver

As many will recall, we passed an amendment to our governing documents during our annual meeting last year allowing for electronic communication of certain official HOA notifications required by state law such as our annual meeting announcement. The amendment also allows for community members email official documents such as proxy votes for the annual meeting.

The reason for the amendment was to not only make communications easier, but it also reduces mailing costs for the HOA and helps to ensure that we have enough residents to meet the quorum requirement for official meetings. Community members, however, do need to sign a waiver (waiver can be found under forms on this website ) to allow for electronic communications.

This amendment passed overwhelmingly during last year’s annual meeting and many residents signed the waiver during the meeting. However during the transition, those waivers were lost by Sentry so we have to ask for homeowners to sign the waiver again.

We would greatly appreciate if everyone could please sign the waiver again and send it in to Mackenzie. Thank you for your assistance with this request.
