Keypad Lock

A new keypad lock has been installed on the back door of the clubhouse.

Other than a email that was sent to homeowners, the code will only be posted on the Resource Property Management (RPM) homeowner portal.  Only Feather Cove homeowners can access the RPM portal, and you will need an established account on the portal.  A link to the portal can be found on www.FeathercoveHOA.com.  After you log into the RPM portal, find the drop-down box in the upper left-hand corner, select Documents, and under Documents select Clubhouse.  The code can be found in the Clubhouse folder.  If you need help setting up your account, please contact RPM.

To unlock the door, enter the code and turn the keypad knob to the left.  To lock the door, enter the code again and turn the knob to the right.  Your clubhouse key will still work on the other doors into the clubhouse.  Please always remember to lock the clubhouse after you leave.

Only Feather Cove homeowners and their guests may use the clubhouse.  We ask that you keep the clubhouse code confidential. As a reminder, we now have a security camera inside the clubhouse that monitors and records all activity 24 hours a day.

We hope this new keypad will be a more convenient way to use the clubhouse.
